Refund and cancellation policy

Try it free first

The free plan watches your repositories, drafts for every channel and runs every check, so you can see what DevRelay would publish before you pay. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Cancelling

• An admin can cancel the DevRelay plan anytime from the billing page in Settings.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, then your organization moves to the free plan.
• Publishing, scheduling and other paid features stop at that point. Your drafts, sources and settings stay.

Refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance. We don't offer refunds or credits for cancellations, partial months, unused features or downgrades.

We do refund:

• duplicate charges, or charges made after you cancelled, caused by a billing error;
• any case where the law requires a refund.

To ask about a charge, email support@devrelay.so within 30 days of it, with your organization name and the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long that takes depends on your bank.
